The following websites offer online learning classes and resources. Some are free and some charge a fee but may have some free classes.
- LearnFree – Many free basic skills classes are available for the computer, jobs, and personal finance. This is a site we recommend in Tech Lab to learn new programs or for a quick review.
- Khan Academy – Free courses for school students from kindergarten to high school. Some computer programming, math, science, test prep for SAT, and more. For teachers, parents and students.
- W3schools – Free courses on building websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and more programming languages.
- Tech Life Unity (formerly TechBoomers) – Courses for older adults and other inexperienced technology users on social websites, shopping online, online entertainment, and technology basics.
- Mango Languages– Learn a language for free online. Spanish, French, German, Russian, and many more languages are available.
